Did you know many current Pixar artists share how their creative interest started when they were very young? We know building artists starts young, and developing art skill in the core art foundations is key. It’s not only about the art students make, but their ability to communicate their ideas visually with age appropriate art skills.
The emotional growth that happens with a kid that creates art is priceless, as they gain confidence with expressing their ideas visually. From a social perspective, we see young artists grow in being able to interact with other people as they gain confidence in personal communication through their art making.

K-5th Graders in Art Intro learn how to draw, how to paint, how to sculpt with clay, and pottery wheel-throwing on a potter’s wheel creating ceramics for their table. The K-5th learn as a group, moving through inspiration from a Master Artist each year with still-life, landscape and figure, creating their art on rotation in Drawing, Painting and Clayworks. Ongoing Art Lesson Subscriptions year ’round with pre-scheduled breaks over holidays.
